to the V-Sound Productions web site. The web site will have a slightly new

Since we are relatively new to the
Raleigh/Durham, NC area, V-Sound Productions has been offering
special discounted rates on ALL Mobile Disc Jockey services to allow
customers to get familiar with their services. The lower rates will
be disappearing soon so be sure to BOOK EARLY to take advantage of
these offers. Coming soon, we will be raising our Mobile Disc Jockey
service rates. This will be the first rate increase in over 2 years.
In order to focus more resources on Disc Jockey and Audio Production services, V-Sound Productions will close its Sonic Series Systems computer business division. Operations will
gradually cease over the coming months of 2006. More information

completed the updates to the web site. They added new information, product and
service information. The move to the new web servers has been
completed. Sonic Series Systems now has its own web site
domain separate from the V-Sound Productions web site domain. The new

V-Sound Productionshas improved the Disc Jockey Services section of
our web site to include our Top 300 DJ Songs and full Karaoke song
lists. We will be doing future upgrades to the Disc Jockey Services
section in the near future. V-Sound Productions has also done some
upgrades on their main Disc Jockey system rig to improve its already
superb sound, lighting and karaoke setup.

Sonic Series Systems have
made further improvements to all of their X-Series Systems. All
systems now include a TV Tuner/Capture Card, more free blank dvd's
and Ulead VideoStudio. The Focus CommandPost is no longer available.
They have also dropped prices on some models by as much as $100.00.
Sonic Series Systems have discontinued the X424, X426, X428 models.
They are now only available by special order in limited quantities.

and Sonic Series Systems have relocated their base of operations. V-Sound Productions and Sonic Series Systems are now
based in Apex, North Carolina. Apex is in the Raleigh/Durham area
and is close to the Research Triangle Business Park. The move will
help to better serve our customers. Due to the move and the business
restructuring that will follow, V-Sound Productions and Sonic Series Systems will be altering its products and services. Web site
construction will also continue during this time. This will allow
V-Sound Productions and Sonic Series Systems to concentrate on
their core business and provide better quality products and services
to our customers. This may disrupt delivery of some services we
offer. V-Sound Productions ™ and Sonic Series Systems asks that you
bear with us during this time of transition. They hope to have all
product and service delivery at full capacity by year's end.

The V-Sound Superstore web site construction
has been completed. Hundreds of new products have been added as well
as other exciting changes.

Starting June 10, 2004, V-Sound Productions
will be undergoing some web site construction to the various V-Sound
Superstores section of our web site. We are working on creating ONE
large superstore that will include all of the products we currently
offer as well as thousands of new products such as consumer
electronics, sporting goods, toys, health and beauty items, office
supplies, home appliances and goods and specialty gift and gourmet
items. The new store will be simply called the "V-Sound Superstore".
Due to server, licensing and legal issues, the V-Sound Party Depot &
V-Sound Artist Outlet will NOT be included in the new "V-Sound
Superstore" at this time. We are working to find alternative ways to
incorporate all of our products into ONE easy to use place. We hope
to have this construction completed by the end of June. We apologize
for any inconvenience this may cause. The staff at V-Sound Productions are confident that you will enjoy the new web site once

performances at The Club At La Mariposa in Tucson, Arizona. Six (6)
performances are scheduled for the following dates in 2004: May

Sonic Series Systems is currently working on updates for the V-Sound Productions website. The site will have a new look as well as a lot
of new content and products.
Sonic Series Systems is also adding a new series of computer systems
to their product line. The Sonic Series Systems will be specially
designed for musicians and those working in the audio and video
industries.
Live
private DJ performances by Joe Vaccaro are scheduled throughout
2003. Live public performances are still being considered and
researched for the future. No dates have been set at this time.
Joe Vaccaro
plans to return to Syntopian Studios in June to continue work on
upcoming music projects. While no plans have been set at this time,
V-Sound Productions is working toward 2004 release dates for various
projects.

Joe Vaccaro has just completed a remix for the
platinum selling artist, Delerium. The remix is of the new Delerium track entitled "After All". The original version will
appear on their upcoming CD, "Chimera". Due to
legal hurdles,
there are no plans to release the V-Sound Productions "V-Sound Twisted Tyranny Mix" version to the public
for sale.
